The Information office at Punta Chullera offers a number of services to the local community. In addition to assistance with the Sale, Rental, Bill Payments, Financing, Maintenance and even Construction of Properties, the Information Office is also available for a number of other tasks that will make your residence at Punta Chullera easier.
We are also very happy to announce that we are now an authorized agent of IBEX insurance, the well known, Lloyds of London Backed company, which has long experience serving the Expatriate community in Spain.
Your mail, special delivery, and fax messages can be received at the Information Office, and held for you in case that you are on an extended trip. Similarly, if you plan to be at your house for only part of the year, the Information Office can arrange to have your Electric, Water, and Telephone bills paid on your behalf.
Also available are full 'Butano' gas bottles, Travel information, Car rentals, etc.
